In an area of 12.000sq.m. beside the forest and near the sea, 8 villas are built, 2 two-floored complexes of 8 suites with an independent entrances and a reception building of multiple use.

Each villa is 90sq.m. consisting of 2 floors. It has being studied in a way that 4 persons could comfortably stay in during the year.
