Thessaloniki greeted 2008 with a unique and exceptional event. Vienna Mozart ORchestra, one of the upmost string bands in the world, performed a wonderful concert in Thessaloniki's Music Hall with Mozart and Strauss opuses.
In the gravid concert hall, 30 top mucisians of Germany and Austria wearing traditional dresses of the 18th century, fascinated the public with their presence and their sound perfection. The concert that was given on December 30th found great reciprocation.
This delicate experience, which was supported by BENDORA SA, combined a concert with an event of love and social contribution, as the incomings of the concert were given to Saint Stylianos foundling hospital for its needs.
The people's interest on this event precipitate BENDORA into taking initiative for the introduction of similar events, in order to contribute to cultural activities of the city of Thessaloniki.
