THALASSOGITON by BENDORA building complex, is situated in Sani Chalkidiki, only 80klm far from Thessaloniki and 68klm from Macedonia Airport.

In an area of 36 sq. meters near the sea, only 300 metres from Sani Resort, the company will built 25 autonomous residences with their own swimming-pools. Each residence will have beautifully shaped privately-owned and communal surroundings as well as parking. Also a sports field for multiple uses will be settled in the complex. As all the constructions of BENDORA, THALASSOGITON complex follows the existing philosophy of the company appointed as a supporter of modern architecture, using environmental friendly materials, in complete harmonization to nature.

DESCRIPTION

There are 4 different types of residences depending on their size. Each residence will be developed in 3 levels with a fireplace, autonomous heating, air conditioning, telephone network, alarm and fire system, internet and satellite antenna. A pergola system will be existing in each residence, which will have the ability to close from 3 sides (roof and 2 sides) creating an atrium as natural extension of the residence. Finally, the flat-roofs will be decorated with splendid gardens supplementing the beauty of the natural landscape.

In the communal spaces there will be biological cleaning systems, as well as a private drilling for the whole complex. Special attention has been given in the designing of the parking spaces, with particular entries so that nuisance is avoided around the residences.
